The check-in stores completed scores and written feedback in your browser on this device. We do not receive them. Clearing browser data removes saved results. You can download your results or delete them from Your history.

Optional voice feedback uses your microphone only when you choose to record. Audio stays in this page until you download it or leave. It is not uploaded.

Accounts and saved games

This MVP is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Family groups are for adult family members; child accounts and guardian controls are not offered.

If you create an account, Supabase processes your email address and authentication information. Your optional display name and time zone are stored with your account. Resend delivers sign-in and password-reset emails. Your sign-in session is stored in this browser; signing out clears that local session.

Word Guess, Sudoku, Word Builder and Tangrams can save completed results and unfinished progress to your account. Saved progress includes the board and information needed to resume, such as moves or undo history and help used. Completed results include the game, puzzle, outcome, completion time and time-zone context. Check-in scores and written feedback are kept separately on your device.

Guest results and progress stay in this browser. Choosing to sign in to sync transfers eligible saved progress and results across games, preserving existing account history. The sign-in request can expire without deleting those device records. Clearing browser data can remove progress that has not synced. Records already linked to another account are not transferred to your account.

Friends and private groups

After you accept a friendship, friends can see your past and future game activity by default. Sharing settings let you choose friends and games, or keep activity to yourself. Changes apply to earlier friend activity too. Friends do not receive your email, private results or unfinished boards.

Each group has a shared chat and game-activity room. New members see posts from when they join. Group activity sharing starts on and can be turned off in that room. Turning it off stops new game posts; it does not remove earlier posts. Leaving a group also leaves earlier posts in place. You can remove your own retained posts through Sharing settings. Group admins can moderate visible posts. Unsent chat drafts stay in this tab across reloads and group navigation; signing out or changing accounts clears them.

Blocking hides your posts from each other without removing either person from shared groups. Deleting a message replaces its text with “Message deleted”. Material someone has already seen or copied cannot be recalled.

Export and deletion

Account settings lets you download your account data or permanently delete your account. Account deletion removes account-linked results, saved games and authored room posts. A group with other members needs another owner before its sole owner can delete their account. Device-only check-in records are managed in check-in history.

Google sign-in is currently disabled. Accounts that previously used it may retain the profile and email address shared then. There is no payment, newsletter form or analytics integration. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, to serve the website.

Scores describe performance on these activities. They are not a diagnosis or an overall brain-health score.
